Don Bowker

Don graduated from Whittier College with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Business Administration.  He’s also been a member of the Orthogonian Men’s Society at Whittier College since 1980. Don has been part of the Housing Construction Industry supplying prefabricated fireplaces for over 33 years.  His 6 years of experience as Vice-President of Manufacturing at Fmi/Fireplace Manufacturers Inc in Santa Ana, CA led to distribution and ownership opportunities in the fireplace industry.  He’s currently active Sales Manager at CAPO Fireside serving Southern California. Don has been very involved in High School Ministry since 2010 at Saddleback Church, Lake Forest, CA.  He has a heart for men’s ministry as well – Serving and training up young adolescents as well as lay counseling men and married couples on their roles leading healthy families in an effort to minimize the dysfunction and pain experienced by the youth from broken homes.  Most recently, Don is serving on the Brethren Community Foundation Board of Directors since February 2017.

Don and his wife Kathy have been married for over 28 years and have three young adult children in college.  The Bowker’s love adventurous vacations, family get-togethers  and serving the local community. They support Saddleback Church, Every Man Ministries, Focus on the Family, Fellow Christian Athletes/FCA, Whittier College, High School Summer Camps, Abused Animals and more.
