Over 18 years of experience building relationships, inspiring confidence and trust with customers, stakeholders and co-workers in face-to-face and written communication through strong interpersonal skills, active listening, problem solving, clear and concise communication, friendly and respectful attitude.  Responsible for instilling the Power of Leadership and Partnership with the BCF Board of Directors and organizations that are funded.  Honored to be working with Brethren Community Foundation and helping change the lives of youth and senior citizens worldwide.

Tere has worked in the administrative field for over 40 years in production homebuilding and construction in the Orange County and Southern California area.  She is the office manager at Harris Taylor Management specializing in multi-housing property management, accounting and escrow coordination. She loves to travel, read and spend quality time with her husband and friends.
