Lisabeth Marziello

Lisabeth Marziello has more than 23 years’ experience as a successful Boys & Girls Club CEO. In partnership with her husband Joseph, Lisabeth has led Boys & Girls Club Organizations throughout the nations. Her efforts have been highly regarded, earning distinguished membership in the Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Academy. Lisabeth has been extremely successful in building organizational, financial and board infrastructures to create high performing organizations with increased donor relations.

Alongside her husband and co-CEO, Lisabeth has transformed Club organizations in Oregon, Wisconsin, and New York. Her transformational leadership has made all of these organizations outstanding youth guidance and development agencies with quality staff, facilities, and programs supported by financial stability and clearly defined standards. Most recently Lisabeth brought her leadership expertise to Philadelphia, leading a Bold Change as the CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Philadelphia.

Lisabeth possess’ the vision and strategic financial stewardship to ensure transparency and cultivate public and donor trust. Her exceptional financial leadership resulted in increased annual organizational assets both in Portland, OR and Green Bay, WI. In 2010, the Portland Organization was rated number one in average daily attendance out of 227 organizations in the Pacific Region, as well as 7th in the nation for Registered Members (out of 4,000 organizations), in addition to being in the top 10% for Daily Attendance (school year), Number of Sites, Budget Size and Number of Staff.

Lisabeth’s leadership in the Boys & Girls Club movement is exceptional. She has been an instrumental member of Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s National Government Relations Committee, National Resource Development Consultants, Board Room Trainers, and Human Resource Recruitment & Retention Consultants for over 14 years.

Lisabeth received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Whittier College in Whittier, CA. Before joining the Boys & Girls Club movement, Lisabeth worked in marketing and advertising for several Los Angeles companies including Backer Spielvogel Bates; Foote, Cone & Belding; and Eisaman, Johns & Laws.
